Early Start Applications We offer housing for the first 4 sessions of the Early Start Program. Each session is $250.

How much does it cost to stay over the summer? It is $1404 to stay from June 17 - August 6

Who can stay in campus housing over the summer? CSUB Students that are enrolled in at least one of the following quarters: Spring, Summer, or Fall 2015

When are applications due? There is no deadline to apply, but you are not eligible for a refund of your $300 down payment if you apply (or cancel) after June 10.

Are those the only dates someone can stay over the summer?
Current residents can request to check in before June 17th for an additional fee.
Summer residents can request to extend their contract beyond August 6th for an additional fee.

Welcome Reminders & Tips:

  • To log in to your portal, please use the same net ID & password that you use for your myCSUB account.
  • If you are new to CSUB, you must be formally admitted to the university before you apply. (If you're not sure if you have been formally admitted, check your myCSUB portal for the green check mark at the bottom of the page)
  • You will begin your application by entering/updating required personal information in order to create your Housing Portal.
  • Add csubhousing@gmail.com to your address book so you don't miss our emails! AND check your SPAM folder/filter!

  12. • If you receive a sufficient amount of Financial Aid, your package could be utilized to pay all of your housing fees directly.
  13. • 24 Hour access to support and community services through the Office of Residence Life
